This document includes Terms & Conditions for both Customers and Restaurant Partners.

1. Customer Terms & Conditions
 

1.1 Service Description

Addiscater provides delivery-only courier services for prepared food within Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.
 

1.2 Payment Terms

  • All payments must be completed before delivery unless otherwise agreed.

  • Instant payments via Wix Payments or PayPal are processed at checkout.

  • Cash and invoice payments require customer responsibility to complete.
     

1.3 Pricing

Prices shown are estimates based on distance, order size, urgency fees, heavy item fees, and additional services.
 

1.4 Delivery Responsibility

  • Restaurant/sender is responsible for packaging and order accuracy before pickup.

  • Addiscater is responsible for safe delivery after pickup.
     

1.5 Cancellation Policy

  • Orders canceled within 10 minutes may be refunded.

  • Orders canceled after dispatch may incur fees.

  • No-show deliveries may be fully charged.
     

1.6 Liability

Addiscater is not liable for food quality issues caused by restaurant packaging or delays due to traffic/weather.
 

1.7 Refund Policy

Refunds issued only if Addiscater fails to complete the delivery AND advance payment was made.
 

1.8 Privacy Policy

Customer information is kept confidential. Payments are processed securely via Wix Payments or PayPal.
 

2. Restaurant Partner Terms & Conditions
 

2.1 Scope of Services

Addiscater provides pickup and delivery of prepared food for partnered restaurants and catering businesses.
 

2.2 Fees & Payment

  • Restaurant agrees to either a flat fee or distance-based structure.

  • Invoices may be weekly, bi‑weekly, or monthly.

  • Payment due within agreed terms (7–14 days).
     

2.3 Restaurant Responsibilities

  • Orders must be properly packaged, labeled, and prepared on time.

  • Restaurants must comply with all food safety regulations.

  • Any incorrect, missing, or damaged items before pickup are restaurant responsibility.
     

2.4 Addiscater Responsibilities

  • Provide timely delivery services.

  • Use insulated bags for transport.

  • Communicate delays immediately.

2.5 Marketing Permission

Restaurant grants Addiscater permission to use its name, logo, and delivery images for marketing purposes.
 

2.6 Liability

  • Restaurant owns responsibility before pickup.

  • Addiscater owns responsibility after pickup.
     

2.7 Independent Contractor

Addiscater operates independently and is not an employee, partner, or agent of the restaurant.
 

2.8 Termination

Either party may terminate with 14 days’ written notice.

3. Agreement Confirmation
 

By using Addiscater services or submitting partnership information, all parties agree to these Terms & Conditions.
