Partner restaurants and food marketplaces receive priority scheduling, consistent service, and clear pricing for catering deliveries. The partnership form helps us understand your needs in advance so orders are handled smoothly, on time, and without repeated setup each time you order.
1. SERVICES

Addiscater provides professional pickup and delivery of prepared food for restaurants and marketplaces in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.
​
2. FEES & PAYMENT
​
Delivery fees are customized based on distance, order size, volume, and service needs. Restaurants and marketplaces may choose a flat per-delivery rate or a distance-based rate. Invoicing frequency and payment terms are agreed upon in advance. Drivers keep 100% of tips.

3. RESTAURANT & MARKETPLACE RESPONSIBILITIES
​
The restaurant and marketplace agrees to have all orders prepared on time, properly packaged and labeled, and compliant with applicable food safety regulations to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

4. ADDISCATER RESPONSIBILITIES
​
Addiscater provides professional catering delivery services, including timely pickup, use of insulated delivery bags, clear communication regarding delays, and coordination to resolve delivery-related issues after pickup.
​
5. MARKETING PERMISSION
​
With the restaurant’s and marketplace's permission, Addiscater may reference the restaurant’s name, logo, and delivery-related photos or videos for marketing and portfolio purposes. All content will be used professionally and respectfully, with consideration for the restaurant’s brand.

6. LIABILITY
​
The restaurant and marketplace is responsible for food quality, preparation, and order accuracy prior to pickup. Addiscater is responsible for safe handling and delivery of orders from the time of pickup until drop-off.

7. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
​
Addiscater operates as an independent delivery service and is not an employee, partner, or agent of the restaurant & maketplace.
​
8. TERMINATION
​
Either party may end this service relationship with fourteen (14) days’ written notice. Immediate termination may occur in cases of serious issues, misconduct, or repeated service failures.
​
9. NO EXCLUSIVITY
​
This agreement is non-exclusive. Restaurants & marketplace's may use other delivery services, and Addiscater may work with other restaurants & marketplaces
