Our goal is to provide reliable, professional catering delivery every time. Because each order requires scheduling, driver assignment, and preparation, we follow a clear and fair refund policy.
Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund when:

You cancel before a driver is dispatched

We are unable to complete your delivery for reasons on our end

A confirmed order was charged incorrectly
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds do not apply if:

The driver has already arrived at the pickup location

You cancel last-minute after dispatch

The issue is due to incorrect information you provided

You are not available at the time of delivery or pickup

The restaurant or client delays the order (waiting fees apply)
Cancellation Fees
Based on your pricing rules:

Cancellation after driver arrival → $12 fee

Last-minute orders (within 1 hour) → +$8 fee applies even if cancelled

Waiting charges may apply before cancellation
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
