Refund Policy

 

Our goal is to provide reliable, professional catering delivery every time. Because each order requires scheduling, driver assignment, and preparation, we follow a clear and fair refund policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund when:

  • You cancel before a driver is dispatched

  • We are unable to complete your delivery for reasons on our end

  • A confirmed order was charged incorrectly

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds do not apply if:

  • The driver has already arrived at the pickup location

  • You cancel last-minute after dispatch

  • The issue is due to incorrect information you provided

  • You are not available at the time of delivery or pickup

  • The restaurant or client delays the order (waiting fees apply)

Cancellation Fees

Based on your pricing rules:

  • Cancellation after driver arrival → $12 fee

  • Last-minute orders (within 1 hour) → +$8 fee applies even if cancelled

  • Waiting charges may apply before cancellation

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
