Delivery Time
We deliver based on your scheduled time.
Our drivers arrive on time with:

Insulated hot/cold bags

Catering racks (if required)

Proper handling for trays and large orders
Delivery Process

A professional driver picks up on time

Your delivery arrives fresh and organized
Delivery Fees
According to your pricing:

Base fee: $25 (0–5 miles)
-
$2.00 per additional mile after 5 miles (6-10 miles $35, 11-15 miles $45)

Large order trays → additional fees

Equipment or heavy items → additional charges

Early morning or late-night deliveries → +$15
Delays
We aim for punctual deliveries, but delays may occur due to:

Weather

Traffic

Access issues

If a delay is expected, we notify you immediately.
Unsuccessful Delivery
If nobody is present at the delivery location:

Driver waits 10 minutes for free

After 10 minutes, waiting fees apply

If still unsuccessful, driver may return, and charges will still apply
